As of Monday, November 5 Access-A-Ride is providing regular service for all eligible Paratransit customers throughout New York City. All service, both advanced reservation and subscription will be delivered, including all areas of Zone A. There may however, be specific trips that cannot be performed in these areas due to road conditions. However, if you need a same day trip of medical necessity (dialysis, chemotherapy or radiation treatment) please call 1-877-337-2017 and every effort will be made to provide the trip.
