MTA Service Advisory
Long Island Rail Road customers should anticipate train cancellations and delays during today's PM Peak due to Monday evening's derailment inside one of Amtrak's East River tunnels. Out of the 130 normal PM rush hour trains, 21 trains will be canceled during today's PM Peak, and one train will originate from Atlantic Terminal instead of Penn Station.
The cancellation on the Ronkonkoma Branch is:
· The 4:54PM train from NY due Farmingdale at 5:56PM has been cancelled. Customers will be accommodated by the 5:01PM train from NY due Ronkonkoma at 6:20PM with stops at Woodside, Jamaica, New Hyde Park, and all further stops to Ronkonkoma.
